Who should I get in touch with if I need to make a change to my policy?
Our friendly and knowledgeable team are available if you require any changes to your policy, Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 12.30pm on 0845 872 1751. Requests to make changes can also be made online.
My business has changed, do I need to call?
Yes. Changes to your business could affect your policy - so if in doubt please call to ensure you're adequately covered.

What do I need to do to make a claim?

Are there any claim forms to complete?
In most cases all claims can be dealt with over the phone - meaning no unnecessary paperwork for you.
Should I expect a visit to my premises?
A representative of Allianz Insurance plc claims handling partner, GAB Robins, may undertake an inspection for us, depending on the type of incident and monetary estimate of claim.
Do my repairs have to be done by you or can my local garage undertake them?
We use a network of approved repairers to make it easier and more convenient when repairs need carrying out on your commercial vehicle. We endeavour to provide a courtesty car wherever possible - subject to availability and terms & conditions.

When is my renewal premium due?
Notification will be sent to you three weeks prior to the end of your policy to tell you what your renewal premium will be.
I need to renew my policy
If you usually pay by Direct Debit your policy will automatically be renewed, unless you tell us otherwise.
Do I qualify for a refund if I cancel my policy before my next renewal?
Yes you may do - but it will depend on the time you have had your policy with us. Please check our Key Facts document to see if a cancellation fee is payable before you proceed.

If I work abroad, will I be covered?
We strongly advise you check with us first. There are a few things that need to be taken into account - including the type of business, the country you will be working in and what type of work you will be undertaking while you're there.

Will I receive a cover note?
A cover note won't be necessary as we aim to get your policy documents out to you that day.
I need to go abroad - will I need a green card?
A green card won't be needed if you are travelling to an EU country or one of those listed in your policy booklet.

How will I go about paying for any additional premium?
If you usually pay for your insurance monthly, we can spread any additional premiums over the remaining repayments. You may also pay by cheque, credit or debit card.*
