Who do I need to contact if I need to make a change to my policy?
Feel free to get in touch with our friendly and knowledgeable team. They are available if you require any changes to your policy, Mon to Fri 8am to 6pm and Sat 9am to 12.30pm on 0845 872 1751. You can also amend your policy online.
My business has changed; do I need to let you know?
Yes. Changes to your business could (and most likely would) affect your policy - so if in doubt please call to ensure you're fully covered and not at risk.

What, if any claim forms are there to complete?
Claims can generally be dealt with over the phone - we don't believe our customer should have to deal with unnecessary paperwork.
Can I expect a visit to my business from you?
Depending on the type of incident and the financial estimate of the claim a representative of Allianz Insurance plc claims handling partner, GAB Robins, may undertake an inspection for us.
Do you have to do my repairs or can I use my local garage?
We have a vast network of approved repairers to make things easier and a little more convenient should your vehicle need any repairs after an accident. We will also try to provide you with a courtesy car wherever we can, which is of course subject to availability and terms & conditions.
Do you need to renew your policy?
When can I pay my renewal premium?
We will send you a notification three weeks prior to the end of your policy. This is to tell you how much your renewal premium will cost.
Help! I need to renew my policy!
If you pay by Direct Debit your policy will automatically be renewed, unless you tell us that you don't want it renewed.
If I cancel my policy before my next renewal will I qualify for a refund?
Yes you might - it will however depend on how long you have been a policy holder with us. For more information check our Key Facts to see if your cancellation fee is payable before you make a decision.

Will I be covered if I work abroad?
We suggest you check with us first. You need to take a couple of factors into account - things like your type of business, the country you want to be working in and also what job you will be doing while there.
How long will it take to cover any additional property?
That is simple, just call our team on 0845 872 1751 and they will usually arrange your cover immediately.
Will my new vehicle be covered swiftly?
Just call our friendly and experienced team on 0845 872 1751, who will normally be able to arrange your cover right away.
When will I receive a cover note?
Cover notes aren't necessary, because we will try to get your policy documents despatched to you within 2 working days
Will I need to apply for a green card if I decide to go and work abroad?
If you are travelling to the United States then yes, you will need a green card, but check your policy document for further information.
What payment methods are available to me?
I need some help paying for my additional premium
Well, the simplest solution would be for you to pay monthly and that way we can spread any of your additional premiums across your remaining repayments. You can also pay by cheque, credit or debit card.*
